Programs
Reading Warriors is our main program utilizing the Kid Kind Reading system. It is intended for new and struggling readers who read at or below a 2nd grade reading level. Reading Warriors is specifically designed for readers who are diagnosed or are suspected to have dyslexia, auditory processing, and/or other learning deficits.
After completing the initial intake with a reading therapist we will schedule three sessions per week, for three consecutive weeks. Sessions can last up to two hours depending on level and type of deficiency, as well as student stamina.
Upon the Completion of Reading Warriors readers will:
-Be able to independently read up to a second grade reading level
-Have improved reading confidence
-Stronger independent reading comprehension
-Increased reading stamina
-Firm foundation for basic spelling rules
Reading Warrior Entails:
-9 days of sessions
-Up to two hours of direct, one on one instruction with brain breaks.
-Leveled homework and practice activities
-S.T.A.M.P.S. kit for reading fun and work incentives
-An additional session used for a“check-in” for re-teaching and/or furthering of reading knowledge.
Should the need arise, Warriors can register for additional sessions as required.
Cost: $2,900
“Teach Me To Teach” is specially designed for parents or guardians who are homeschooling their children or have a homebound child. Parents/guardians will be taught how to use the renowned Kid Kind Reading System, and the specifics of what and how to teach your child about reading. The cost of the class includes all the materials you will need to teach your child at home, plus direct access to Ms. Angelique when needed. This is an incredible option to elevate your homeschoolers reading and comprehension.

S.T.A.M.P.S is a personalized incentive based reading program designed to engage your child’s imagination, creativity, and help them progress in their love of reading.
S.T.A.M.P.S is also a great remote summer reading program option for families who want to stay on top of their child’s reading comprehension.
The more your child reads and completes, the more prizes they earn!
As a team we will work together to select four initial books at your reader’s interest and reading level. If your child completes the four books before the quarter is over, we will send them more. After discussing the most beneficial way for your reader to show mastery of their reading materials, we will mail your reader’s Reading Kit to you. Your reader will have three months to complete their work, mail it back to be scored, and they will receive their earned prizes. Additionally, we add auditory comprehension to your child’s reading kit.

* Please note depending on what your child selects to read, parents may need to acquire certain books.
