One of the books, Pink and Say, is set during the Civil War and follows two young boys who form a friendship during the conflict. The story includes themes of war, loss, and the death of one of the children. Please consider your child’s age, maturity, and emotional readiness when deciding whether this Book Klub is the right fit for them.
